  Had a suprisingly easy shopping experience. Went in not knowing what to expect. The staff working that day were nice and seemed pretty knowledgeable. Spoke to a few when I first entered and Ashley helped me look at a few pieces after telling her what my ideas were and my budget. She found several pieces that went well together as a set to fit my whole vibe. I ended up spending way more time in the store than I had planned (not a bad thing) and ended up with a very happy spouse and a client for life. I think it was helpful I wasnt in the store when it was super busy. There were maybe 6 customers in the store. I am not sure if that is a lot or not. I was dressed kinda shabby in a Tshirt and jeans. But I got good treatment and had space to make an informed decision on what jewelery would go well together. It seems worth the premium to get premium service.

  Walking into Tiffany & Co. Portland, I’ll be honest—I felt a little intimidated. Sometimes places like this can feel out of reach for everyday, hardworking people like us. But today reminded me that dreams, resilience, and love don’t have a price tag—they have a story. 💙 My husband purchased a ring for me, and while it may not be the biggest purchase in the world, for us it represents so much—growth, hard work, and the journey we’ve been on together. I like to imagine that Charles Lewis Tiffany created these pieces with the same intent—to be worn, cherished, and to mark meaningful moments in people’s lives, no matter where they come from. We were helped by Kenneth, whose kindness and genuine laughter completely changed the experience. He made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and like we truly belonged there. That meant more than anything. Thank you, Kenneth, for your warmth and for reminding us that luxury isn’t just about status—it’s about how people make you feel. Today, Tiffany felt like it was for us too. ✨

  It was my first shopping experience at this Tiffany store in Portland, and everything went great. The staff were all very kind and extremely helpful. Even though I arrived close to closing time, I was assisted by Pin, who was very professional and attentive. I’m really happy with my experience and glad I chose to spend my money at Tiffany.

  A sales woman named Ashley helped us. She outwardly said, “I can’t show you that ring a second time if you don’t buy anything today.” Tasteless customer service. I understand the store was getting busy but she immediately lost a potential customer. We will not be looking for an engagement ring here. Steer clear of Ashley. She is in a rush and just wants to make quick sales.

  I had an incredible experience with this Tiffany & Co. thanks to Lane. I called looking for a replacement earring back and Lane went above and beyond, taking the time to look up my purchase history to find the exact match, which he couldn’t find, because I remembered they weren’t from Tiffany! We had a good laugh and he remained super kind even though I sent him on a wild goose chase! I later called back about a different pair of Tiffany earrings that needed a new back (clearly a ‘me’ problem), and he was just as helpful and lovely to chat with. He walked me through all the options, including the possibility of sending them in for post-repair if needed. I highly recommend asking for Lane if you’re visiting this location!
