  I expect a basic level of courtesy when entering a retail store, especially one positioning itself as high-end, but that was not my experience here. I was met with immediate hostility from the sales associate/manager at the entrance, a shorter, middle-aged employee who appeared to be overseeing the store at the time. He asked why I was there before allowing me past the security barrier. Before I was even able to step inside, he insisted that I hand over my return box at the entrance, which felt inappropriate and unnecessary. When I explained I was making a return, he abruptly told me to come in, despite the fact that I had just been physically blocked from entering. When I commented that the store seemed to have tight security, he responded dismissively, asking if I had ever been to Louis Vuitton and implying this was standard. Security measures are understandable, but the tone and delivery were unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. For context, I’m a 5’7” woman and was simply trying to make a routine return. At no point did the situation warrant that level of treatment. The interaction continued in this manner throughout my visit, leaving me uncomfortable and unwelcome. There is a clear difference between maintaining security and treating customers with basic respect. I will not be returning to this location.

  I would like to start this draft by indicating that I don't think the customer service was so bad at making a return last Saturday and still didn't see the echo being effective and I started communicating with them and told me that they needed another week, but this is too much of a lack of respect because the customer would appreciate it as soon as possible. I'm solving the issue of the reintegration of my money because it's a total lack of respect to play the money of the customers and actions as it is what provokes the consumer and that emigrates to the competence because your system is a total ineptitude in seeking solutions for your consumers and clientele I hope your response is very prompt
