It was a terrible experience. Ive had other cashiers try to push credit cards before a million times, but this specific JC Penney is the worst one. Gross

It's sad to see the changes that have happened to retail as well as big chain stores like this. I'm glad that they're still in business. I'm surprised in fact and I do hope they continue remaining in business. This is a staple of the Washington square Mall and while I don't go shopping here often, I have gotten some quality clothing pieces that have lasted me over a decade that I still have now
