- DNDr. Dominic NguyenAug 12, 20255.0I received excellent service at this store. While waiting for our hotel rooms to be ready, we walked to this mall to browse. Harison was incredibly kind, she showed us all the small leather goods they had and even gave us some great local food recommendations. I came back a few days later to purchase a card holder from her as a souvenir from my first trip to Portland, and it’s surprisingly more spacious than my pocket organizer.

- HShailey serranoJun 29, 20255.0Daniel D had helped me when I first entered about a year ago, I had walked in from Louis with a pair of sunglasses just purchased, went into YSL thinking to just look around but Daniel had actually not pressured me into buying another pair, it was more the staff there and how good they made me feel in another pair of glasses I had tried on. I felt so welcomed and not judged unlike Louis, I had a terrible experience based on my appearance. Fast forward until now I had gotten in touch with Daniel which I had asked to order a bag for me and ended up going with a different bag based on his help and expertise on how I work/travel day to day. I couldn't be happier with Daniel and his service/treatment. Then I ended up bringing my boyfriend back for a new wallet which we stopped at Gucci, Lous then YSL and although he had liked the Louis wallet more. We went back to see Daniel and their team due to how well the staff had treated us vs the other two stores. Not to mention Daniel had presented me with any and every option after discussing things I like and dislike!
