  Wow—Absolutely the best of the best! I worked with Daniel at YSL Portland, and he went above and beyond. I called on a Sunday about a rare shoe—one of only three in the U.S.—and he had an untouched pair flown in less than two business days. He even offered to open the store early for me. Every other team member was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience unforgettable. Already thinking about my next purchase there.

  Sohka in the store is AMAZING! Not only he gives tells you about the product your trying to buy, but he gives you options and has good taste! He also works really well with you and is super friendly and very professional. Its like when i buy something buy phone i hope its him helping me. He is just SUPER at what he does!

  The advisor Christina is very unhelpful and I found her very unkind service to customers. Impatient being impolite, poor quality service. I do not appreciate associates that choose to represent impoliteness at nice environments like this. Such disappointing service and experience.

  Do not recommend buying perfume from this store, especially the 24, you’ll be thoroughly disappointed after buying it because it’s comparable to buying water and spraying it on your skin that’s how light this fragrance can be. Complete waste of money. Do your research before buying from this store especially if it’s perfume because you won’t be able to return it. Also disappointed in the assistance I got because I specifically asked about the strength on the perfumes and was misguided to buy the wrong one so do not trust them to even know the products they are selling, you’ll be better off buying a fragrance from Louis Vuitton next door as they have better products for a cheaper price, better presentation and better assistance.
