  The Dubai chocolate cup came as only a cup of strawberries. The lightest thinnest drizzle of chocolate, makes no sense. The only thing good are the choc covered strawberries because it’s guaranteed chocolate. Fruit cup was all hard and not good to eat.

  I received cupcakes and roses and it’s so sad that they charge quite a bit and give the most sad roses available. They’re so tiny and also not in the best condition. They’re cupcakes are dry too /:

  Placed an order a week in advance of Valentines day 2026. I was told they used an Uber driver and it was never delivered. Only was issued a partial refund. Lesson learned. Don't leave a prepaid tip.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Edible Arrangements in Portland, Oregon! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for as a customer. The level of professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail I experienced was beyond anything I expected. I was greeted by Jacob with the warmest, kindest smile. Watching him interact with every single customer who came through the door was impressive — he carried himself like a seasoned pro who had been there for years. He helped me quickly, answered all of my (probably very weird!) questions with patience and confidence, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. What absolutely blew my mind is that this was only his second day ever working there! He had stepped in to help because they were short staffed, and it sounded like his wife works behind the scenes there as well. You would never have guessed he was new — his professionalism and customer service were top-tier. Now I have to give a very special highlight to the manager, Maddy. Maddy went so far above and beyond for me that I’m still in disbelief. I had a specific dietary restriction and needed something customized for my family, and she was not only willing to work with me — she fully embraced the challenge. Even though it was likely one of the busiest two days of the year for their company, she took time out of her packed schedule to create something completely custom. She handcrafted the most perfect edible arrangement for my family in what felt like under 10–15 minutes — flawlessly, beautifully, and with such care. I honestly felt like I might have been a pain with all my requests, but she never once made me feel that way. She definitely stood her ground and made sure to stay within certain parameters because she cannot change everything. She could not make an exception for one person Because then everybody would want That level of customization service. She accommodated what she could within certain parameters she was allowed.Instead, she treated me with kindness and patience the entire time. What truly touched my heart was that she refused to accept gratuity, even after going so far out of her way and putting in that extra effort. That level of integrity and dedication is rare. Thankfully, in the end I was able to donate to their “Pool/Pot” gratuity that they all share and is divide based on the amount of hours they work. From the bottom of my heart, I appreciate all the extra effort that went into my order. I know there were team members working behind the scenes to make everything happen as well — even though I didn’t catch their names, please know that your work did not go unnoticed. It takes a team to execute at that level, especially during peak season. Thank you for your incredible attention to detail, your willingness to accommodate my dietary needs, and for creating something so beautiful for my family. This Portland location has truly set the bar for customer service. I will absolutely be back and will recommend you to everyone I know!
