The flowers I got my wife were beat to hell and back. Out of the chocolate covered "fruit", only the strawberries tasted good, and I specifically requested strawberries but only received 2 as well as 2 apples and 2 bananas, which weren't good. I don't know what's up with the quality issue at this location, but that's completely ridiculous and out of pocket to charge as much as you do for such a crap product. Get it together or just close down. Whoever was working on June 29th, 2025 around 2:30PM should be seriously talked to by their manager. I'm not happy with what I received at all.

Tried to send a nice thank you gift to hospital administration and no order update after two days even though I selected next day delivery, date of delivery has come and gone, no one is answering the phone after calling everyday all day, called corporate and they can’t reach the store either. Never again. These items are not cheap but for the orders to not be fulfilled as promised, and for no communication is poor business practice. Now I see why there are less than 3 stars on Google. I will continue with filing a formal complaint.
