  I’ve always associated David Yurman with quality and strong customer relationships, which makes this experience especially disappointing. My father-in-law was a lifelong, loyal customer who spent years purchasing from the brand and genuinely loved the craftsmanship and design. He passed away this past November, and while settling his affairs, we discovered he had an unused store credit that expired shortly before we found it. Given the circumstances, we reached out in hopes that there might be some level of understanding, whether that meant honoring the credit, extending it, or even offering a partial accommodation. I was hoping to apply the credit toward a wedding band for my future wife, which would have made the purchase especially meaningful for our family. Unfortunately, the response we received showed no flexibility, empathy, or willingness to help in any capacity. Even after visiting the store in person there were no accommodations made. I fully understand that policies exist, but in situations like this, especially involving a long-time customer and a recent loss, you hope a brand will act with a bit more humanity. Even a small gesture or partial consideration would have gone a long way. Instead, the experience felt rigid and transactional, which was surprising and frankly disheartening given the history our family has had with the brand.

  There web page says they buy gold and silver but when I went to the store they turned me down explaining they don't do that there

  I love this store; the staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly, and the design of the store is beautiful. Extra special shout out to Julian A who has been an angel and is so knowledgeable! Would and will shop again ❤️

  Had an amazing experience with Shayley. I had an idea of some bracelets I wanted to look at, and knew I wanted rings but had no clue what I wanted and honestly am terrible at shopping. She found some gorgeous rings that matched the kind of bracelet I was interested in and I left the shop excited about my purchases! Looking forward to coming again. Really appreciate the lovely customer service.

  Diane gave us the most comfortable and welcoming experience, especially for a newcomer to both fine jewelry and the brand. We will be coming again the next time we visit Portland!
