Because of this mistake, my suit did not arrive on time and I had nothing to wear for an important meeting. This was a simple detail that should have been checked before shipping. Very disappointing experience.

Diego was very helpful and spent a good deal of time with me to get me fitted well in a nice modern look. Before going to Bonobos, I tried that full-service department store nearby whose name begins with Nor- and I can tell you that the Bonobos people were much more helpful and knowledgeable.
