There were some quality issues upon delivery from both businesses, and even after replacements, more glasses arrived broken. While it took a few tries to get everything right, Bardy Trophy worked hard to make it right — they sent additional glasses, coordinated with Northern Drinkware on my behalf, and ensured that in the end I had a quality product I was proud to gift to the couple. Their communication was timely and professional throughout, and I appreciated their persistence in resolving the issues. Although it was frustrating that the process required multiple rounds, I’m grateful for their effort and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Located on MLK, there is parking in the back. As you enter, there is a showroom to help guide you in choosing the perfect style, material, and price for your awards. Since everything is made in the store, only your imagination and pocketbook are your limit.
