  I love having an Alo store nearby! As a loyal Alo girl, being able to come in and try things on in person makes such a difference. The store is beautiful, the selection is great, and the overall experience is always fantastic. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, which keeps me coming back. Su is absolutely incredible—so kind and genuinely makes every visit feel special. She creates such a warm environment and makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in. It’s always a pleasure stopping in, and I’m so grateful to have such a wonderful Alo location with such amazing people working there!

  As soon as you walk in get ready…. The girl up front looks you up and down without a smile or without being greeted. The vibe is extremely off putting and the girls all gather behind the counter among each other talking about you. I went in with my daughters and could feel the negativity and unwilling to be courteous or kind. You lost 4 loyal customer’s because of this experience. Do better retrain and hire people who want to be social and kind and can at minimum can break a smile.
