He consistently goes above and beyond, helping us find the perfect gifts for ourselves and for others. He even helped me instore order a pair of Pendleton shoes that I had been eyeing, which arrived the very next day after we got home from our Lincoln City trip! Shopping with Billy feels less like a transaction and more like visiting family. He’s thoughtful, attentive, and makes the experience fun and personal — honestly, like having our own personal shopper.
