- ESEmelia StarrSep 3, 20251.0Absolutely horrible experience at this American Eagle. The Manager Stacy was the rudest employee I have ever interacted with. I bought a sweater, which I wore for one day when the seams began to come apart. I attempted to exchange to get a non defective product, but she would not allow us to. We purchased a new sweater because of this and the seams instantly started coming apart without even touching the sweater. Stacy was incredibly rude and has absolutely NO customer service skills. She did not show one ounce of sympathy for our situation. If you are this miserable as a retail manager, maybe this isn’t the job for you.

She was attentive and knowledgeable and more customer service people in the world should follow her wonderful example. It is rare to find someone who is so willing to make your shopping experience successful. AE (and other stores) need to find more like her!!! Thank you Charlotte!!
