- DDDonnaDec 13, 20251.0Worst customer service at this store. Everyone just stared at me, didn’t asked if I needed help with anything. The manager walked away as she was talking to me, I had to ask her to repeat herself bc who walks away while talking to a customer. The girl who rang me up didn’t say thank you after my purchase, she immediately pulled her phone out and looked at it. They need to get it together at that store.
- ESEmelia StarrSep 3, 20251.0Absolutely horrible experience at this American Eagle. The Manager Stacy was the rudest employee I have ever interacted with. I bought a sweater, which I wore for one day when the seams began to come apart. I attempted to exchange to get a non defective product, but she would not allow us to. We purchased a new sweater because of this and the seams instantly started coming apart without even touching the sweater. Stacy was incredibly rude and has absolutely NO customer service skills. She did not show one ounce of sympathy for our situation. If you are this miserable as a retail manager, maybe this isn’t the job for you.
