  First time shopper at the store and I got to say it was a great experience! Everybody was very welcoming as I came into the store and helpful with specials, sales, sizing, and getting a fitting room quickly. Store was clean and organized. Will be back again!

  I can’t believe how unprofessional and downright rude the staff is. It’s shocking that a store would keep employees like this. My experience was simply about an exchange, but if you check the reviews, you’ll notice every single bad one says the same thing — and for good reason. It’s unbelievable that management hasn’t done anything about the people working here. Something needs to change immediately.

  I went to this store to exchange a jacket I recently bought. I had both the tag and the receipt with me, but they refused to make the exchange just because the tag wasn’t attached to the garment. I find that very unreasonable, since I had all the proof of purchase and the item was in perfect condition. On top of that, the person who assisted me had a very unsatisfactory and unhelpful attitude. This is the first time something like this has happened to me in a store, and honestly, it was a very disappointing experience. I’m not satisfied with the service or the way I was treated.
