  I came in to get my wash done because I wanted to treat myself. Believe me I was definitely impressed by Keziah. She is not only truly sweet but, she did and a wonderful job. Went above and beyond what I normally receive at a other beauty shops. Thank you, so much for everything! Trust me u won't be disappointed.

  Very rude cashier when I was buying some clothes. As soon as I told her(cashier) i wasn't interested in the jc penny card she was completely different towards me. Shoved the change in my hand handed me my stuff and didn't say "thank you" or count my change or anything. She acted as she could see right thru me. I won't be shopping here anymore! There's Kohls and old navy right across the street and they're always nice even when you decide to not sign up for their rip off of a store card!

  Used to love the clothing JCP carried but they have changed lines and not all of it is quality like you'd expect from JCPenney. They have great jewelry sales BUT beware of a sale lady that has worked at the JCP Clackamas store far to long. Her name starts with a M ,that's as much as I will mention. She is Unkind Especially if you are only buying 1 single item that is not worth her time. She is pushy,rude and unhelpful. I only mention this because it has been going on for YEARS..not once, not twice...YEARS. She's awful and should not work with customers . I have brought this to the attention of management and hopefully for everyone's sake,it changes. Some people are just not kind,she is a perfect example. It's unfortunate and I wouldn't think JCP would want her as a face of the company, especially in such a high traffic department. Doesn't make me want to shop at that location.

  Worst service ever kept charging me for new necklace when I needed exchange only over charged 300 Took the pin off gift card with scissors then no pin existed Then grabbed my phone google reviewed jewelry manager starting free clothes for her kid . I feel violated by this crazy person who kept screwing around for 2 hours I don’t dislike JCPenney pennys jewelers I hate it period Awful people rude took money from me .
