Never greeted me, was impossible to get help from, and basically just sleepwalked through any semblance of customer service that I practically wanted to just ring myself in. I would have left if I didn't need my item for a gift. She was terrible, and I'm sad to think any of my sales dollars go to her bonus, it commission. Abysmal.
