They answer very quickly when scheduling for an install but are very unattentive and have terrible service after you have the device installed. I sat on hold for almost an hour and a half waiting for a code to unlock my vehicle after their technician wasn't at the shop for the appointment and now they made me reschedule for a later appointment which further delays my ability to use my vehicle.

They have overcharged me multiple times, and refuse to refund me. I would expect companies in this line of business to be held to a higher standard.
