- RHRebecca HSep 4, 20251.0Was told many different things about returns by many different people. As you can see from other reviews on here - they absolutely will not help you with any warranty claims or returns whatsoever. I contacted corporate Sunglasses hut when they would not process my return - they sent me to the manager Beth. Beth called me and told me to just come in and the return would be processed. I came in and they weren’t able to process the return. Me and the sales associate tried calling her several times as I stood there - she didn’t answer. He said he would contact her and I’d have to come back. She contacted me this morning and assured me that if I came in - I would get my refund today. I came to the store for a second time - was told by the associate he could not help me - and we stood there and tried to call Beth many times again. She would not answer or call back. It’s very frustrating to throw money in the garbage.
