  I live in Fort Worth, Texas, and I’m used to having Lululemon’s all around me. Today, while on vacation I stopped by this location. And I have to say that Maya, Jasmin, and Celeste were absolutely a joy to work with. I ended up buying for more than expected. And it was probably due in part to how great they were with customer service. This location is not the biggest Lululemon I’ve been to. But it still had a huge selection. Very easy to park and get in and out of. The truth be told I drove 2 1/2 hours to come to this location because there’s nothing near Medford, Oregon. And it was totally worth it!

  Lululemon is attempting to sue Costco because they claim Costco is making clothing almost exactly like theirs--same material, designs, etc. But only charging $8 for a sweatshirt instead of $118. Lululemon basically admitting that they overcharge for the same plastic clothing that Costco sells at an affordable price. For $118 you'd think the material would be cotton or hemp and not polyester--a byproduct of the oil industry. Selling overpriced plastic clothing is not wellness and it actually makes this company look very cheap. If you want polyester clothing with the same quality but for an affordable price--go to Costco!

  I have never done business with lululemon, but they have somehow gotten my card number and charged hundreds of dollars to my account! This has gone on for weeks now. Today, I was charged another 100 dollars to my account. I got a new card a couple days ago.. so we will see what happens now. Please be careful doing business with these folks. I made a call to lululemon and they were not able to help me..interestingly enough. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

  DON’T DO ONLINE PICKUP ORDERS first, i called to make sure the leggings i wanted were available as i was about to drive two hours round trip. the lady on the phone was so helpful and kind. she said they were still available so I went ahead and purchased them on the lululemon app for pickup here. in the store, however, the lady at the register was quite rude and was acting like i really inconvenienced her for picking up my order. she seemed miserable, had no manners, and didn't smile once. there was no one in line. she didn’t have to find anything. the order was already in a bag. it was paid for already on the app. i just needed her to hand it to me. she also seemed to have no clue what was happening. after looking puzzled for 5 minutes, she finally decides to ask someone else what to do. when she comes back, i give her my ID that i had ready the whole time. she examines that, and says “okay” and hands me the bag. yeah no problem lady.. a “thank you” wouldn’t have hurt, especially after shelling out $100 on leggings. as i was leaving, the alarms at the door went off. yes, i should’ve went back in, but i just wanted to get out of there after feeling like a nuisance. when i got back to my dorm, i realized the security tag was still on. really!? there were multiple employees there, but mistakes happen i guess... lululemon support told me the only thing i could do would come back and offered a $20 gift card. i won't be returning to this location and a scrunchie doesnt make up for this experience. when i went to Nike for leggings, they had a line of customers, but staff still spoke to me with decency there, and i paid nearly half the price, so i recommend going there.
