  Fairly pleasant experience this time they used to have a loss prevention guy that was super discrinatory if you didn't look like you belonged there but on my day off Im not getting fully dressed and if I'm spending 3 to 500 dollars I don't think I should be followed around if I'm wearing sweatpants and a hoody but I didn't see him this time super tall blonde guy and not hard to miss so maybe he's no longer there but the cashiers are very pleasant and helpful friendly and quick at getting you checked out and on your way.

  Always liked Nordstroms & the Rack. I came from VA where most of my work suits & party clothes came from. Retired here in OR now, still like to party, but I don't wear a 6 anymore. I would like to see racks for the more mature. Less digging for us older folks.

  I typically love this Nordstrom rack. I was however very dissapointed by my experience on Friday. I went looking for a purple outfit for a celebration of life (requested by the host). Sadly it's the wrong season for the color. As usual sales were going on. I did find a really cute dress that fit perfectly and was on sale for 22.45. I was thrilled. I grabbed it and a pair of jeans I found on sale also. When it rang up it rang for 29.75. I told her it rang up for the wrong price and showed her the red tag. She entered the number on the tag and it showed a shirt not the dress. She was like this is weird. She then looked up the dress and told me it was 55 dollars. I was thinking I really scored on this sale. I didn't realize she was telling me it wasn't on sale because the red tag clearly showed the price. She called for an override but the lady said this was an error and they couldn't sale me the dress for the price it was marked at. I've never seen a store not honor the tag. I was really dissapointed that they didn't honor the price tag. I love this store but that was just bad customer service in my opinion.
