  I had such a great experience shopping at Lululemon. The quality of their clothing is honestly unmatched—everything feels durable, comfortable, and designed to actually perform during workouts. I especially love how flattering their pieces are without sacrificing functionality. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find exactly what I needed without being pushy. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and had a really positive vibe. Yes, it’s a bit on the pricier side, but you truly get what you pay for. I’ve had some of their items for years and they still look brand new. Definitely worth the investment if you care about quality and style!

  PAYTEN.... hands down one of the friendliest people I have ever come across in Devonshire Mall. I wasn't sure what I wanted as far as clothes went, I'm recently handicapped having lost a leg and now wear a prostethic. She gave me some great suggestions and didn't treat me like a "waste of time" customer. She was so helpful and sweet and so bubbly and happy. I walked out of the store with a new purse and a huge smile. I did end up returning the pair of pants I bought but this young lady made my day brighter by letting her light shine. Great job Payten, Lululemon is lucky to have you as an employee. Thanks for being so helpful and so sweet. Your happiness made my day a little brighter. Kindness is free and so often never given. You are a truly beautiful human, the world could use a lot more people like you in it. ♥️

  I brought my daughter Skyler today to the mall to do a little shopping. When we walked into Lululemon, Sam was right there to greet us. She saw the challenge that this old man was working with, with his nine-year-old granddaughter, and she took right over. All I had to do was pay 🙃 Sam, thank you so much you made Skylar's day and thank you for the little blue bag she's already wearing it and we haven't even left the mall yet. What an amazing experience, we will definitely be back.

  On 27th december, I went to Lululemon for the first time, to purchase things for my sister-in-law for her birthday. A sales girl walking with machine tried to process my transaction and somehow only a partial charge was added ( the machine was stuck in a loop ) to my visa for $148 which machine was not able to print out the receipt. So, I used my amex to process the full amount $211 instead and paid in full for merchandise I purchased. The worst part was, girl who processed my partial charge said, transaction did not go through and it would fall off in 10 days. Well, It didn’t! No one could tell me where my 148$ went. Credit card company wouldn’t reimburse me either without the receipt ( which their nice manager found no record) this company is very poor at communicating $ inefficient with how they handle money. An expensive lesson learned! I will not trust a company who doesn’t handle the money properly and lululemon you are at the top of my list. I have string of emails, back and forth and two months of run arounds to prove they charged extra money they do not have a way to reimburse for a transaction that was processed without the receipt provided. Do not trust these people! Never going back again in a million years and don’t blame the customers for your failures in creating brand abandonment. Sincerely,
