- APArchie PatelFeb 24, 20262.0On 27th december, I went to Lululemon for the first time, to purchase things for my sister-in-law for her birthday. A sales girl walking with machine tried to process my transaction and somehow only a partial charge was added ( the machine was stuck in a loop ) to my visa for $148 which machine was not able to print out the receipt. So, I used my amex to process the full amount $211 instead and paid in full for merchandise I purchased. The worst part was, girl who processed my partial charge said, transaction did not go through and it would fall off in 10 days. Well, It didn’t! No one could tell me where my 148$ went. Credit card company wouldn’t reimburse me either without the receipt ( which their nice manager found no record) this company is very poor at communicating $ inefficient with how they handle money. An expensive lesson learned! I will not trust a company who doesn’t handle the money properly and lululemon you are at the top of my list. I have string of emails, back and forth and two months of run arounds to prove they charged extra money they do not have a way to reimburse for a transaction that was processed without the receipt provided. Do not trust these people! Never going back again in a million years and don’t blame the customers for your failures in creating brand abandonment. Sincerely,
