- CBChristina BenneianNov 10, 20255.0I buy all of my jeans at American Eagle, I find it extremely hard to find pants that fit my body type properly and AE happens to have the proper cuts to fit me properly. That being said, it is still sometimes difficult to find these items in the store as there are so many types of jeans and I am looking for a particular fit that is not always available. When I went into the store browsing to see if they happened to have any of the type that I usually buy- I was greeted by Marwan. He was truly the most helpful retail employee I have ever encountered. He spent SO much time with me, bringing me pair after pair of jeans. He explained the fit of each one, why he grabbed the size that he did - told me to trust him when he would bring me something I would not normally try. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products and did not push me to buy anything I was not 100% comfortable in. He deserves a big raise and all the praise for being an amazing employee.

After spending a good half an hour with me figuring out size Style and fit We found some well fitted jeans and I appreciate the time and effort he took to help me out.

I bought jeans a few days ago went home tried them on and when I pulled them up around the waist the tag removed. No big deal. They were too small I’ll keep the entire tag the jeans were not worn and in perfect condition. The girl at the register was incredibly rude. I asked her please it’s within the return policy date and I have everything for them I can’t be out 40 dollars bc you don’t want to use your tag gun. She said no I can’t take them, as I walked away I seen her walk over to her co worker and heard them laughing and talking about me as I left the store. I’ve been in retail for many years, sometimes even if a simple tag is detached we can fix that to ensure customer service is good bc the staff are the face of the company. It was a terrible experience and after this review I will be calling corporate and reporting it. Don’t shop at this store.
