  Was there today with my two sons looking for shoes. Nathan D was incredibly helpful running back and forth for different sizes and styles. Even with multiple other customers he was quick, efficient, and kept asking if there was anything else we needed. Once he knew we were headed to the baseball section, he offered to get someone over there to help us. He was awesome!

  Gavin was such a great help. He took the time to help my son & I pick the right baseball bat. He even took the time to wrap my son’s bat after closing time. Really appreciate the patience & excellent customer service. My son is so happy & confident with his new bat!!!! Thank You Team Town!! See you soon!!!

  The store is nice, clean, and has good prices. However, I think it’s bogus how when I returned an item they don’t immediately put it back on your debit card like every other retailer. Instead of tapping your card, they do a charge back request in their computer which I was told could take a couple days. Pretty silly how the item is back at the store, yet I still don’t have my money.

  Went into the store on Thursday night needed some baseball equipment for my son to practice his hitting and batting practice with Maddie was amazing and helped us out. Her knowledge and expertise guided me into the right direction to get exactly what I needed for my son. It was greatly appreciated as this is his first year into baseball and she took the time to go over everything that we needed and her recommendation were bang on Maddie went above and beyond and her customer services impeccable thank you so much for all your help tonight

  Just wanted to say an amazing thank you to the staff and Kaylee at team town sports. I was just there with my son and he signed up for baseball this season for the first time in a few years and with the help of Kaylee and the staff it was such an amazing experience super helpful in every single way and went above and beyond if you’re looking for an amazing place to shop to get sporting equipment I highly recommend Whitby team town sports She went out of her way to make sure that my son felt comfortable with everything that we had purchased, including making sure his glove was work in ready as well as making sure his helmet fit perfectly with the strap Thank you so much Kristy Rolland
