I would give the store 5 stars, but I had an online order and received items in crushed boxes (the items within were okay), but they were for a gift and they only offered me a return. I would have exchanged or taken a discount for the destroyed packaging, but that was not offered. Great store, online orders were not well packaged or protected. But overall happy with the items.

Super awesome customer service from Justin with getting my sizing correct and helping compare boots, and Fiona was awesome as well and helped heat and sharpen them while guiding me to the correct sharpness for my preferred skate style. Will definitely be back in the future!

However to our pleasant surprise we were helped by Mark in the hockey department. He was absolutely amazing- so knowledgeable, patient, kind and genuine. I will continue coming back here just to get assistance from Mark. Thank you Mark!
