  I visited today evening and had a racist/rude/ignorant response from the lady standing at the checkout out counter. When trying shoes I asked her do you have small sizes, she barely bothered answering and kept mentioning- what you see on the display is what we have. All around the store you have it mentioned, need a different size? Ask us. Really. No one bothers asking- do you need a help. Hire someone to deal with customers who actually know customer service. Attitude and rude faces don’t help. I am not coming again.

  Been in here a few times now and no one asks if you need help the whole time you’re there, the store seems dead. I need some new sketchers and its called “designer shoe WAREHOUSE” - every time i have been in this store they never have anything in a size above a 10. No 10.5 no 11’s nothing above 10 unless i go to the mens section. I dont want to have to wear mens shoes and ive been to many other shoe stores where they’re readily available. Lots of sales to be lost and wont be back after this last visit.

  Purchased some shoes and all went smoothly. Marcus was very helpful and his customer service was great. Store seems under staffed though

  Store manager is rude and has a ton of attitude. I had to get a refund cause head office cancelled my order and I explained everything to her and she came back with so much attitude and had to let me know she was the store manager. Didn't even proceed to help me, pushed me off to another worker.

  I had an absolutely terrible experience trying to complete a simple in-store return for an item I had just picked up. ​When I first attempted the return, the Manager claimed she couldn't process it because the item wasn't yet showing in her system—a highly illogical and inconvenient policy for customers who often pick up and immediately decide to return shoes. She told me to come back in 30-40 minutes. ​Upon my return, a different associate (a woman wearing a scarf) attempted to help. She also struggled, told me she needed to speak to the manager, and then left me waiting for over 20 minutes without any update, explanation, or even a simple check-in. This lack of communication and disregard for my time was extremely frustrating. ​I finally had to ask a third associate for help by the name of Tamia. Thankfully, this final associate was efficient, knowledgeable, and processed the entire return within minutes. ​The poor training, lack of system proficiency, and the terrible practice of leaving a customer waiting indefinitely shows extremely poor customer service at this DSW location. Management needs to address staff training immediately. The only positive was the competence of the last associate who finally helped me.
