I did not notice until after I wore them. I have spent 1000s at Lululemon for this to happen, this is so sad! Lululemon could at least refund me. I paid a lot for the pants and when there is no logo???? I will not be shopping at the store again! You do not care about your customers only the money!!!

- KWK WJan 14, 20263.0I am a long time buying of Lululemon and I used to be really happy to go to the store but the way the Manager acted today was a bit offputting to want to visit again. In addition, I do find that depending on who you get for a return, or check out, some of the rules aren't black and white. i.e sales items, it says final sale but members can return for a credit, sometimes they just refund me and sometimes they are stern on only giving a credit. Really depends who you get at the til for return. Which can be frustrating because I live a bit away from the store so I shop a lot online and bring back what I don't want or need. Anyways, I mentioned I needed to look for a receipt as I did not realize that when we pay cash in store, we have to have our receipt present to get the return. I have not had that before, usually they look on my account, return and don't say much. Maybe that is because I usually buy something extra when returning with cash, I have no clue. I havent ran into this before. The condescending way she said "I'm here until 10pm take your time", was so offputting. Her sighing and just general disinterest. I don't think I was being difficult but I did question what she was saying because I've never been through that before. Either way I found the receipt and processed the refund but shopping there recently has really put me off from wanting to return to the store.
