I go into the store with a mask on because I am not feeling well and I’m being FOLLOWED around the entire store by a sales associate. I was in there for less than 10 minutes. I turned a corner and said sales associate quickly walked behind me and peeked the corner to look at me. I asked a manager is she could ask this sales associate why she is following me and the manager “assured” me that she wasn’t following me. I know when I am being followed, I am aware of my surroundings. The manager at first refused to give me the associate’s name and finally gave in (Sahara). While speaking to the manager, 4 associates are talking in a group and all turn to look at me. Make it less obvious that you’re speaking about me. I have reported them and hopefully Polo will hire people who have respect for customers. It’s 2026 do better.
