  My wife and I had a really wonderful experience at the Polo Ralph Lauren Kids store. The atmosphere was great, the store was well organized, and the collection was very stylish and high quality. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming, which made our visit even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Haseeb, who helped us the most. He truly went above and beyond to assist us and made sure we had a great experience. His friendly attitude and professionalism really stood out. We really appreciated the level of care and attention, and we will definitely come back again.

  Got a hoodie for Christmas and wanted to exchange the size for larger, receipt was not available. After floor staff helped to find a right size, cashier employee refused an exchange without receipt. Their own product, not worn, with tags still attached! Unacceptable! Awful customer service!

  Today, I went to this location. I was there about an hour ago. When I went to the cashier, there was a lady who did not even say hello to me. When I tried to pay for my items, I said hello to her loudly, and she responded by saying something like, “You know what? I’m too beautiful for this job, and I don’t say hi to customers. You just come, pay, and leave.” I paid for my items, but less than 30 seconds later, I changed my mind about one item and decided I wanted it. When I went to get the item, she said, “The item is mine. I put it under my name, and I paid for it. It’s not for sale anymore.” I have two questions for the management of this store. First, do you teach your employees that they are allowed to shop while they are working? They are at work, and customers should come first. Second, this lady was Persian and started speaking to me in Persian, even though I did not want to speak with her. Another Persian lady who was standing beside her told her in Farsi, “Give it to her, let it go. She’s going to cause a problem.” Then the cashier said, “Take it. I don’t want it anymore.” My question to management is this: I am a paying customer. I spent almost $250, and I still received an attitude. I don’t know who the management is—maybe they are Persian as well—but I am telling you that this store is not being run well. If I were the owner, I would get rid of this poor and unacceptable customer service. If you want it to sound more formal or shorter, I can adjust it for you.
