The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Even after waiting so long, they refused to let me try on the clothes and told me to “go somewhere else” because a line had formed. Their attitude was disrespectful and unacceptable. I left without trying anything on or making a purchase. I will not be returning.

This location meets the expectations and I love the selection with no compromise to quality. Usually, they say outlets would have quality inferior to flagship or prime locations, but apparently this store is one of the prime ones. Joshua has been the most helpful person helping me find both my sizes and models that would fit me and look good on me. I ended up buying a little more than I initially intended, but that’s ok to indulge yourself once in a while. Highly recommended to all Tommy fans.
