  I would never buy from any Sunglasses’ Hut location just from this one. Mel and SIM have to be the two rudest people I have ever encountered. I actually called head office, they said someone would contact me regarding my experience here and never did. This is the worst place ever. If you need Sunglasses, go to Spencer Optical in King City. You will get a discount and get treated kindly. Not like this place! Just horrible!

  I purchased a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses today at Sunglass Hut Vaughan Mills and was disappointed with the overall experience. The item provided appeared to be a display piece rather than a fresh one, with fingerprints on the lenses, some dirt around the edges, uneven arms, and a sale price tag was also attached. Despite asking for confirmation, I was told it was a new piece. Unfortunately, no alternative was available at the time, so I completed the purchase, but I am not fully satisfied and plan to return it. I’ve had much better experiences at other Sunglass Hut locations, which makes this visit particularly disappointing. I hope the store can improve its quality checks and customer transparency going forward.
