My experience with this location has shown a complete lack of ethics and customer service standards. The Issue: In 2025, I purchased a ladies' coat from this store. It wasn't until I arrived in the UK that I realized the garment was ripped. When I contacted Michael Kors UK, they informed me that because the item was purchased in Canada, I had to handle the exchange/return at a Canadian location. The Experience: I held onto the item and brought it back to Canada specifically to resolve this. Today, I spoke with the manager at the Vaughan Mills location, and the interaction was appalling. While she attempted to "act" professional, it was clear she had no intention of helping or providing a solution for a defective product they sold me. The Verdict: Poor Quality Control: They are selling damaged goods. Zero Ethics: They do not stand behind their products once you leave the store. Bad Management: The manager was dismissive and lacked basic conflict-resolution skills. If you are a tourist or visiting Canada, do not shop here. If there is an issue with your purchase, they will leave you stranded. I will never be recommending this store or purchasing from this brand again.
