Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

Their dismissive attitude made shopping frustrating, and it was clear other shoppers faced similar issues. For a brand known for quality and customer service, this was extremely disappointing. I hope management addresses this because, as it stands, I cannot recommend this location and am unlikely to return.

Other stores allowed customers to choose different keychain colors, but this store just said the gift was gone and refused to offer any alternatives. I really don’t understand why this store manager is so “special.” Lululemon has been so insincere with this promotion — the event was supposed to last for days, yet everything was gone by the second day. It’s disappointing that different stores treat customers differently.
