The customer service from them were horrible. Our cashier didn’t greet us, had the most miserable look on her face and tossed our purchase in the bag. The only thing she said to us was our total for the purchase. Super understaffed for the holiday season. We couldn’t find one employee on the sales floor to help us with sizes, or answer questions. Being a store manager in the mall myself, I get it’s a stressful and tiring time of year for staff, but this was a disgusting visit. Love the product. This was our first time shopping at this location and will be our last. We’ll continue shopping at Cookstown Tanger Outlet. Do better CK, I expected more from your brand.
