I had a very disappointing experience at the Calvin Klein store at Vaughn Mills. We were waiting at the cashier for approximately 10 minutes, and during that time the cashier chose to serve another customer who arrived after us.
When we politely asked about this, the cashier ignored us completely and did not acknowledge our concern. His behavior was rude and unprofessional, and it made us feel disrespected as customers.
I expect better customer service from a brand like Calvin Klein and hope this issue will be addressed to prevent similar experiences in the future.

Totally unexpected, horrible cashiers when we went on sun December 21. The cashiers all looked incredibly miserable and were super unprofessional. The customer service from them were horrible. Our cashier didn’t greet us, had the most miserable look on her face and tossed our purchase in the bag. The only thing she said to us was our total for the purchase. Super understaffed for the holiday season. We couldn’t find one employee on the sales floor to help us with sizes, or answer questions. Being a store manager in the mall myself, I get it’s a stressful and tiring time of year for staff, but this was a disgusting visit. Love the product. This was our first time shopping at this location and will be our last. We’ll continue shopping at Cookstown Tanger Outlet. Do better CK, I expected more from your brand.
