For adventure seekers, sports enthusiasts, fishing, camping, hunting, and other activities, the Bass store at Mills is a great place to find a huge variety of products. The store is accessible both from inside the mall and from the parking lot. The mall entrance is particularly attractive to children, featuring a fountain and many sculptures, as well as a huge aquarium right at the entrance. The store is well-organized in terms of products and has many signs, making it easy to find what you're looking for. Prices vary greatly depending on the product you're looking for, but there are always good promotions, especially at the end of seasons (seasonal change). ♿️ The store has good accessibility for people with disabilities and customers with reduced mobility; smooth flooring without interruptions, wide aisles, salespeople circulating throughout the space, automatic entrances, and priority checkout lanes. Unfortunately, the price tags and sector signage are not available in Braille, so assistance from the staff is necessary. It's worth a visit to see if you can find what you need.

Bass Pro Shops at Vaughan Mills is an impressive destination for outdoor enthusiasts. The store offers a wide range of hunting, fishing, camping, marine equipment, and outdoor apparel. The sheer size of the store is impressive—the large aquarium at the entrance, boats on display, taxidermy mounts, and the huge selection of fishing rods make it feel more like an attraction than just a retail store. They truly have almost everything you can think of for outdoor activities. There’s even a small restaurant inside, which is a nice touch and adds to the overall experience. I was genuinely impressed with this location and will definitely be back for future purchases.

I am visiting Canada and went shopping today on Boxing Day. I was assisted by a cashier, and the issue was that before we approached her, she was smiling and very friendly with other customers. However, when it was our turn and she heard us speaking Spanish, her attitude and tone of voice changed and became noticeably rude. We also noticed the same behavior when an African American woman approached her to ask a question, she was similarly rude and indifferent. It became apparent that she was only friendly toward white customers. I felt that this behavior was racist, and it made me feel uncomfortable and disappointed. She was the first cashier, near the aquarium area. She was an older white woman with brown hair.

This review is strictly for the firearms department of the store. I have been there multiple times now and the service is so pathetically poor. Don’t get me wrong, the good employees are super nice, helpful and just happy to help. But so many times I’ve been there I’ve encountered service so bad I just wanted to leave mid transaction. Some of those employees are so rude, disrespectful, unorganized and just ruin the experience. Giving one word answers and not even acknowledging what I’m saying sometimes. Definitely don’t interact with the Asian gentleman wearing a cap. Put my information in the system wrong and blew me off saying he won’t do the sale. Told me to call the RCMP. I did and sure enough everything was in order. I went back to tell him this and again he blew me off and said get back in line. Got back to the counter, this time I asked his colleague to do it again but he jumped in and said he would do it. And of-course my information checked out. He’s the “lead” there FYI. I was nice and respectful the whole time I don’t know why he was so rude to me. I would say stay away from going to this location and go to the one in Barrie. Infinitely better customer service and the employees don’t act like they hate you the moment they start talking to you.
