  Staff are always great but when you buy in-store pickup it shouldn't take a couple weeks. I feel like they have been slipping for a couple years now on delivery even shipping to your house can take 2 or more weeks. I can order things from China or Europe and they will always be at my place in a week. I miss cabelas. They were way better when it was just them

  0 Star – Extremely Disappointed and Will Not Return As an avid outdoorswoman — a hunter, fisher, trapper, and homesteader — I’ve spent years supporting outdoor retailers and promoting responsible sportsmanship. Unfortunately, my recent visit to Bass Pro Shop was one of the most frustrating retail experiences I’ve ever had. I waited over an hour just to speak with someone about a product, while another customer beside me waited the same amount of time for two boxes of shells. This was during peak hunting season and rush hour, yet there were only two staff members working the entire department. At one point, an employee in the back appeared to be doing nothing. When questioned, he claimed he was “helping someone on the phone,” though he wasn’t on the phone at any point and was overheard telling a coworker he was going to get something to eat. After waiting far too long, I asked for a manager. The staff member became defensive and dismissive, and I am convinced the “call” to a manager was for show, as no one ever came to assist or even acknowledge the situation. To top it all off, when I went to check out and tried to use my status card, I was sent on a wild goose chase between registers and customer service desks. The final person I spoke with admitted, “They can do it at the regular register — they’re just too lazy to go through the extra steps.” That comment sums up the entire experience — a lack of leadership, accountability, and pride in their work. I’ll gladly continue to support my local hunting store, D & R Sporting Goods, where customer service, knowledge, and respect for the outdoor community still mean something. Bass Pro Shop should be embarrassed by the state of their customer service.

  For Hunting and related hobbies, this place looks like Heaven on Earth.... 😂 Pretty much everything that you can think of (and more!) regarding your outdoorsy hobbies is available under this roof, coupled with expert, empathetic and knowledgeable support people like Mr. Paul who was a delight to speak with. Must visit place for anyone whose planning an outdoor adventure 👍

  I was at bass pro Vaughan Christmas shopping for my daughter and Ethan in the fishing department was awesome and very knowledgeable on exactly what I needed to buy based on age and type of fishing. He made the whole experience enjoyable and not intimidating! Great job Mr. Ethan!

  I have a purse that cannot hold anything but yet the loss prevention people were targeting me. The weather is changing and I came to see material composition in the items that I want to buy and on top of that I have to check for my size! No wonder the loss prevention men who never shop and don’t have sense of the cost of my purse thought I was stealing! I’ll show them the bird every time and I’m glad that those men wasted time with having no evidence of a crime. I told your colleague to pick on someone his own size then came in the next day wearing the same clothes just to troll them and it worked, they wasted time on somebody who wasn’t going to shop lift. Single men have no sense of women at all let alone who’s we shop. Disgraceful.
