- JDJasmine DJul 30, 20251.0As someone who has supported American Eagle for nearly two decades, I’m truly disappointed with the recent marketing campaign for Sydney Sweeney’s “Good Jeans.” The messaging is not only distasteful but reflects a disappointing lack of awareness and inclusivity. Seeing this campaign displayed at the Vaughan Mills location left me feeling uncomfortable and disheartened. This particular campaign falls short of the so called standard of inclusivity at AE. It sends a message that feels exclusionary and tone-deaf. Seeing this in VM was significant enough for me to never support this location/brand ever again.
