  I recently purchased a bra from this store, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I got home, I realized the security tag had not been removed at checkout. This kind of mistake should never happen. It’s a basic step in the purchase process, and missing it shows a lack of attention to detail and professionalism from the staff member who assisted me. Now I have to go out of my way to return to the store just to fix something that should have been handled properly the first time. Overall, this was a frustrating and inconvenient experience. I hope the store takes this seriously and improves staff training to prevent this from happening to other customers.

  Ck was great they had a really good sale. I got 2 items. They were 30% off and 50% off. On top of that, they took an additional 20% off the entire bill. Staff was friendly and helpful when inquiring about sizes. Will definitely be keeping an eye open for more sales.

  Been to this store yesterday, March 12/26 at (Calvin Klein -Vaughan Mills location). Shout out to SHIRIN.... she's very friendly, very approachable and great customer service. Will definitely come back to shop in this location. Thanks Shirin for your kindness. Much appreciated.

  We waited 10 minutes at checkout, cashier couldn't figure out a return with the customer in front. No one else came to help, we left without buying.
