  Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World is a great destination for outdoor enthusiasts and families alike. I would give this store a 5/5 but they never have 50% off on most items I buy. The store is wheelchair accessible and conveniently connected to the mall, making it easy to visit. Customer service is excellent, and you’ll find just about everything you need for an outdoor adventure. Prices are reasonable, though it’s worth comparing online before making bigger purchases. One of the highlights is the incredible indoor aquarium, an amazing spot to take photos of fish right here in Ontario, along with the many wildlife displays throughout the store. They also host fun seasonal events, including free Santa photos each year and an Easter experience. Don’t forget to snap a photo and share it with @bassprotoronto or @bps_toronto!

  We come here seasonally for photos. My son is 3.5 and loves to explore and experience all this store has to offer! They have such great deals for kids clothes. The T-shirts & summer hats are amazing. They have such great toys and outdoor activities for the kids that are learning based. A shooting range for a loonie. Snacks & Treats, Huge fish tank with fishes and shark. Etc. The staff are amazing. Super friendly and helpful, and really engage with the kids too. Highly recommend shopping here.

  I recently visited Bass Pro Shops, and it was honestly one of the most enjoyable retail experiences I’ve had in a long time. This place is so much more than just a store—it feels like a destination. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the unique atmosphere. The interior design is incredible, with a strong outdoor theme that really brings the whole space to life. The large displays, natural elements, and detailed decorations create an immersive environment that makes you feel like you’re exploring the wilderness rather than shopping. The wildlife displays, including the lifelike animal figures, are especially eye-catching and add a fun, almost museum-like experience to the visit. The store itself is विशाल and extremely well-organized. Despite its size, it’s surprisingly easy to navigate, with clearly labeled sections and a logical layout. Whether you’re looking for fishing gear, outdoor clothing, camping equipment, or general lifestyle items, everything is easy to find. The selection is also impressive—there’s a wide variety of high-quality products for both beginners and experienced outdoor enthusiasts. One thing I really appreciated was the quality of the merchandise. Everything feels well-made and thoughtfully curated. You can tell that the store focuses on reliable, durable products rather than just offering a large quantity of items. It gives you confidence when browsing and makes the shopping experience much more enjoyable. The staff were another highlight of the visit. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. They were more than happy to answer questions and offer recommendations without being pushy. It’s clear that many of them are genuinely interested in outdoor activities, which adds authenticity to their advice. In addition to shopping, the store offers a great experience for families as well. The overall environment is engaging and visually appealing, making it a fun place to walk around even if you’re not planning to buy anything. It’s the kind of place where you can easily spend a couple of hours just exploring. The cleanliness and organization of the store were also excellent. Everything was well-maintained, and the aisles were spacious and tidy, making for a comfortable and relaxed shopping experience. Overall, I highly recommend Bass Pro Shops to anyone, whether you’re an outdoor enthusiast or just looking for a unique place to visit.   Kevin D in the hunting department helped me select the perfect blind for my hunting tower ! I was pleased with his recommendation, I asked several people if they had any knowledge on hunting blinds and he was the only one who wanted to take his time and show me exactly what I should get. As I wasn’t backpacking or traveling with the blind, and it was going to be for a fixed set up. He definitely selected the right one. Thank you !

  my first visit to the firearms section was amazing, Michael was friendly, very helpful. I had a great experience and bought a lovely rifle. my second visit was nowhere near as enjoyable, I put my info down to queue in line for firearm service and waited. when I got a text message "you're next in line", I immediately headed to the counter and stood there waiting for my turn. I then got 2 more texts of "you're next in line", then after just 5 minutes my name was gone and the next person was being serviced. I asked why was I not called, the employee said he called me twice before moving on.....I was standing TWO METERS AWAY from the counter and I have not heard a single person calling my first OR last name. the gentleman keep stating he called me, when he clearly did not, my partner was there with me the entire time and confirmed he heard no one calling me either. the first time I went, my name was clearly and audibly called, I got a text saying "We are ready for you! Make your way to the firearms counter to meet Michael". NONE of these happened during my second visit, the employee just skipped me blatantly and tried to blame it on me. what I learned based on my visits is that quality of service can be drastically different between different employees, which is quite unfortunate.
