I am filing a complaint regarding a Tiffany & Co. bracelet purchased in August 2024 at Sherway Gardens, Toronto. The charm was lost due to the attachment failing during normal wear, not misuse. Given the short time since purchase, this does not meet reasonable durability expectations. Tiffany declined a goodwill resolution and offered only a paid repair. I am requesting a full repair and replacement at no cost. This situation has significantly affected my confidence in the quality of the product.

If you are looking to buy a piece of fine jewelry or if you need to service your Tiffany jewelry you own already, come to this location and ask for Anthony. That young man has excellent customer service skills that surpass all the reps who have helped me over the years. There is a certain level of care and attention to detail that u always expect at Tiffany's and perhaps I take for granted. But my last visit left me feeling very good. I felt seen, heard, appreciated, and of course, made my shopping experience worthwhile. I can see that Tiffany continues to invest in its brand which is evident in all aspects inside and the store, (Beautiful, upscale upgrade at this Yorkdale location-- no wonder the prices increased). I don't like that I have to pay for services I used to get free though, like cleaning and polishing services. I just wish the wait time could be shortened. Why do I need to wait 48 hours to clean jewellery? Oh well, I'm just venting m. I live Tiffany!

I brought my bracelet in for service because the clasp repeatedly opened during normal wear. The issue was acknowledged and I paid to have the clasp repaired. Unfortunately, within one week of that repair, the clasp failed again and the bracelet detached and was lost. Because the clasp failure caused the loss, the bracelet was obviously no longer available for inspection. Despite the fact that the bracelet had just been serviced for the exact issue that ultimately caused it to fall off, the company’s position was that they could not determine what happened because the bracelet was no longer available to examine. Interestingly, during the discussion I was also told that prolonged wear may compromise jewelry because I mentioned that I typically kept the bracelet on. This was somewhat surprising, as the bracelet had just been serviced and there was no indication at that time that normal, continuous wear would pose any issue. Are their pieces not meant to be worn? In other words, a clasp that had just been repaired failed almost immediately, but because the failure caused the bracelet to be lost, there is apparently no way to assess responsibility. I’m sharing this experience so others understand how situations involving recent repairs and product failures may be handled.

Extremely disappointed. We were assisted by Fay. Please avoid this lady. As experienced as she may be, she is not forthright about the policies in particular for returns and refunds and she will just try to sell you and upsell you until you are quite saddened and weary of the whole Tiffany experience. We love Tiffany and own many beautiful pieces and would not go anywhere else for our heirloom jewels but for this reason we will not go back to the Yorkdale location.

Horrible people and horrible experience. Find somewhere else. Van Cleef and Cartier are infinitely more worth your time and money.
