- HXHeting XingMar 31, 20261.0I just came for a normal return, the lady Siham was very rude and gave me attitude. If you don’t like processed the return then go to your company ask them change the policy, but you can’t give customer poor service. Really disappointed with this location.

- GSGabriel St-CyrJan 27, 20265.0I came in not too long ago to fix my ray bans which had a screw missing. I had already been to so many stores and they all redirected me or sent me away. However, I met the manager at this store and her name was Siham, she was absolutely the epitome of customer service. She was so kind, knowledgeable and tried her best to find the best screw to fit in the glasses. I was having such a rough day and she turned it around, and fixed my favourite glasses. Godbless you Siham and thank you to the company for hiring such a bright human being. You’ve now got a regular customer because of her kindness, I may live far but I will buy my next pair from here just because of Siham. 🙏🏽🫶🏽
