  Had an amazing time when I went to go look for running shoes and Felicia and her coworker at the footwear helped me out with amazing attitude especially that it was approaching closing time. Would definitely visit again and purchase from them again

  Jeff came in to get a jacket and was served by George. George was excellent. He was kind enough to place jackets on hold and ensure a change room was ready when needed.   Drew and Felicia - I wish there was an option for 6 stars as the quality of service I received from Drew and Felicia more than exceeded any customer service experience I've ever had! I now have a new profound love for Sporting Life as a brand. Drew and Felicia were exemplary of what it means to treat your customers with care, patience and respect. They were so detailed in solving an issue I had with a product but then also followed through on providing even better solution. The new snowboard jacket I purchased was exactly what I was looking for. I will now forever recommend Sporting Life as the store for athletic gear and will be my first store of choice, specifically this location on Yonge Street. Thank you Drew and Felicia as you made my week!

  I had an excellent experience with the service team—especially John, the cycling tune-up manager. He took in my Cervélo S5 and had it serviced within just a few days. The bike looks practically brand new. I haven’t taken it out for a ride yet, but everything appears to be in perfect order. John was professional, transparent, and very fair with pricing, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find that combination of efficiency, quality, and honesty. Because of this experience, I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend.

  If you’re looking for ski gear, this is the right Sporting Life location to visit. I think only this store offers boot molding, fitting (including grinding and punching), as well as maintenance services. Manager Drew Pirie helped me with my boot fitting after I had been trying out a new pair for a season. I was experiencing toe pain and pressure on the top of my foot, and he was amazing. I didn’t realize that the toe pain could be fixed without punching or grinding the boots. Instead, we changed the footbed, adjusted the shape of the insole tung, and trimmed some of the suspected plastic the might have caused pain. Now my boots fit perfectly with no pain at all. I was also worried because I had lost my receipt, but he was able to find my profile and replaced my footbed for free. I highly recommend booking with Drew if you’re looking to get new ski gear or need boot fitting.
