  I had a fantastic experience at Sporting Life! The store is well-organized, but what really made the difference was the service. Tivona was incredibly helpful and patient while helping me find exactly what I needed. She really knows her stuff—highly recommend asking for her if you want a seamless shopping experience!

  I had such a great experience at Sporting Life thanks to Kayce! She was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. What impressed me even more was that she spoke perfect Korean, which made communication so easy and comfortable for me. Her sense of customer service and attention to detail really stood out — she went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. Thank you, Kayce, for such a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Muharem was incredibly helpful when I was choosing new ski boots at Sporting Life today. He was very patient throughout the whole process and took the time to really understand what I needed. Explained tips to maintain good boots and ski quality. Instead of just recommending the most expensive option, he focused on finding the boots that actually fit my feet well and suited my skiing goals. He explained the differences between models clearly, helped me try multiple options, and made sure the fit was right. I really appreciated how professional and thoughtful he was, and how he balanced performance with value. Overall, a great experience. If you’re looking for ski boots, I would definitely recommend asking for Muharem.

  I had a great experience with Andre at Sporting Life in Yorkdale Shopping Centre. He was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. Even though he’s young, he showed a lot of knowledge about the products and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing me. Andre went out of his way to make sure I found exactly what I needed and made the whole experience very pleasant. It’s always great to see someone with such a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Sporting Life is lucky to have him on their team. I would definitely recommend asking for Andre if you need assistance. ⭐️

  I had a great experience thanks to Lyn. She helped me pick out spring clothes for my daughter and a puffer jacket for myself. She was incredibly helpful without being pushy, which I really appreciated. She patiently answered all my questions, gave honest suggestions, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I never felt rushed, and she really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Because of her friendly attitude and great service, I felt very welcomed and comfortable shopping there. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Thank you!
