  Shop is empty and ask me to wait out side in line that is nobody is standing in , that is so disgusting trying to make prestige for you self. Not respectful , you should be so welcoming

  Bought this from Ysl a couple years ago. I barely held it, it became a self purse because it felt too big and the strap was too long. I did take it out with me four times in total, you can tell the purse is still in pristine condition. While looking at myself in the mirror I realized the top of the purse was poking out. It broke on its own. This should NEVER happen. They want to charge me to fix it as well and couldn’t give me a rough estimate. I was surprised they’d even charge me. This is not wear and tear. I would never encourage anyone to buy from Ysl outlet or ever consider a purse with this type of lock. $2500 down the drain.

  Subtle but Clear Racial Bias There was no direct verbal discrimination, but the racial bias here is 100% clear through body language and behaviour. Certain sales staff ignore you, answer with visible annoyance, or make it obvious you are unwelcome simply because of you are not the race they prefer to serve. If you try to communicate, they give long stares or act as if your presence is a nuisance. Some staff are pleasant, but the contrast is stark. This has happened repeatedly and shows a pattern of unprofessional, biased treatment. Management needs to address this immediately. I want to clarify that not all staff behaved this way. On this particular day, the two male sales associates assisting other customers, as well as the female security personnel, were very welcoming and professional. However, this positive experience followed an initial interaction with a female colleague who, notably, was not assisting any other customers at the time and displayed behaviour that was dismissive and unwelcoming. This is not an isolated incident similar behaviour has been observed on several occasions, including experiences my partner has had.

  Sales staff was very rude and feels like they don’t value customer. I changed my mind to not buy from a brand which treats customers like that. Went to Gucci the guys there were all friendly and acted like sales people must. I must say this store sales people look at you based on your skin colour first and are rude as hell. Hope this reach out to their management and they employ better people or fix the attitude of one who are working there now. 3 of them were just chatting in one corner and one woman who seems to be team lead or manager of location was just busy on her laptop rather noticing your staff is not even trying to assist customers presenting store. Worst sales experience.
