  I had an amazing trip to Rimowa! The staff was absolutely amazing and the selection was amazing! Pedro was so helpful and created such a great atmosphere for us! I would definitely recommend going to this location!

  I stopped by the Rimowa store at Yorkdale recently and ended up having a really great experience overall. The team was welcoming right away but still gave me space to look around, which I appreciated. When I had questions, they were patient and genuinely helpful — not just reciting product details, but actually explaining things in a way that made sense for what I was looking for. It felt easy and natural the whole time. Pedro was also on the floor and spent time with me going through a few options. He was very knowledgeable but also easy to talk to, and you could tell he actually cares about making sure people leave with the right piece. It didn’t feel rushed or transactional at all — more like he was guiding me through the process and making sure I was comfortable with the decision. Overall, the whole experience felt thoughtful and well-paced. The team works really well together, and Pedro clearly sets that tone. I left feeling confident in my choice and with a really good impression of the store.

  I’m not someone who typically writes reviews, but my experience here was so disappointing that I felt compelled to share it. I scheduled an appointment to have my suitcase repaired due to a cracked shell and a broken lock. The bag was purchased in 2021, and I was under the impression that it carried a lifetime warranty. Instead of offering support, I was immediately told the damage was due to the bag being “checked” and therefore not covered. This was both confusing and frustrating. First, this is a luxury suitcase brand designed specifically for air travel. The idea that checking a suitcase somehow voids its integrity or warranty makes no sense. Second, this particular bag has only ever been used as a carry-on. What made the situation worse was the way it was handled. The manager came over and began arguing with me, insisting the damage was my fault. The tone was dismissive, rude, and unnecessarily confrontational. I was made to feel uncomfortable and frankly unwelcome. It was hard not to feel judged, especially given I was there casually dressed with my daughter. For a brand positioned as premium, the level of service was incredibly disappointing. The entire experience felt elitist and unprofessional. To add to the frustration, having to carry a damaged luxury suitcase through a shopping mall after being refused help was just the final insult. I will not be purchasing from Rimowa again, and I would strongly caution others to reconsider based on the lack of accountability and customer care I experienced.
