  I have to say thank you for Ms Katheryn and staff of this office. They went above and beyond when my reading glass one screw lost and most other places said could not fix , however Ms Katheryn ordered from the company and fix my Ray Ban. Want to say thank you. If you are thinking of buying RAY BAN - this is the place you have to go. Highly recommended

  0 Star – Absolutely Terrible Customer Service & Management We had one of the worst retail experiences at Ray-Ban Yorkdale, and the problem is 100% management. My friend received a pair of Ray-Ban glasses as a Christmas gift. She tried them on one single time, realized she didn’t like the style, and came to this location to exchange them. The glasses were essentially new. Instead of helping us, the blonde manager, (Catherine), immediately refused to offer any solution at all no return, no exchange, not even store credit. We approached the situation politely and professionally, but she was dismissive, rude, and completely unhelpful. She even went as far as accusing us of tampering with or damaging the product, which is absolutely false. The glasses were barely worn and never used outside. What made this experience worse is that she clearly lacked both product knowledge and basic professionalism. If a product has an issue without being worn, that is a brand responsibility, not something to blame the customer for. As a manager of a supposedly premium brand, her job should be to support customers not invent excuses to avoid helping them. Frankly, she should not be managing a store like this. And judging by the many other reviews mentioning poor management and terrible service at this location, this is clearly a pattern, not a one-off incident. Ray-Ban, take a hint. This store’s management is damaging your brand. I will never return to this location and would strongly advise others to shop elsewhere unless they want to be treated like they’re doing something wrong for simply being an unsatisfied customer.

  Worst customer service ever this store should change their manager. Right on the receipt the it’s written clearly if you’re not satisfied with the product, you have 45 days to return the product or exchange it. This store doesn’t not follow this policy. Catherine is the worst sales representative I’ve ever seen. Not purchasing anything from this brand. And a tik tok video will be posted soon to show everyone and see how bad are they.
