I didn’t actually need to replace my glasses (which are impossible to replace because in 10 years of owning them, I’ve never found a pair I liked more) because the associate was able to fix/remould the arms on mine, meaning I can keep my RayBans going longer! He even cleaned the lenses for me! Great service :)

Great experience here. I needed my glasses adjusted as they got quite loose over time and they fixed them no problem (also no charge at all!). The staff here are very helpful and I will keep going back!

Truly, one of the more memorable customer service/retail experiences I have had in years. Denys was one of the most well informed and likeable sales associates I have had the pleasure of interacting with in any retail environment in a long, long time.

Although I purchased my Rx glasses at another RayBan store, Nidhi was very helpful with helping me adjust my frame to fit better. Great service much appreciated & makes me seriously consider picking up my next pair of sunglasses there!
