  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at the Rolex Boutique in Yorkdale, and I want to sincerely thank Betty for her exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. Betty took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire experience feel comfortable and personalized. Her attention to detail and genuine passion for helping clients truly stood out. Luxury shopping should feel special — and Betty absolutely delivered that experience. I highly recommend asking for her if you visit the boutique. Thank you again for making it such a memorable visit!

  I’ve been to many ADs all over the world and I always feel appreciated and welcomed. That is until I was in my own hometown and decided to check out raffis Yorkdale. I normally go to Humber town or rdv downtown. When I got to Raffis I was partnered with a gentleman named Brian and he couldn’t be more rude. I asked about inquiring in a new submariner or gmt and he kept trying to push other models on me. It was going in one ear and out the other because he kept coming back to him trying to sell me an explorer. He was rude and cold , very condescending. It got to the point where he was rushing me out of the store with no desire to exchange contact information. The lady I originally planned to meet with wasn’t available (Betty) so I was set up with Brian. I’d also like to add for the first time in a Rolex store I was not offered any refreshments. Not a big deal but just threw me off a bit. Very sour experience. I’ll keep my business downtown with Thomas at RDV. Brian is a bad representation of what’s supposed to be a prestigious brand.

  I went to Raffis excited to discuss my first rolex purchase but was quickly deflated after dealing with the demeanour and attitude of a sales associate named Brian. I wasn’t greeted warmly and when i let him know what i was interested in i was made to feel mistreated and rushed out of the store. My information was allegedly taken although I don’t believe it was. He didnt offer me his card or anything. He asked me why not a different model at one point my response was that i was not interested in another model at the time, that was met with a very condescending “well our high spend customers are prioritized youll be waiting 4 years for that model”. I compare this to my experience at raffis square one where the SA there sat with me , offered me refreshments, took their time explaining to me the history of the watch i wanted, showed me an exhibition model and even sent me a follow up text before i even made it to the parking lot.

He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions with care, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the experience—never rushed or pressured.
