  I was pleasantly surprised about how warm and friendly Haiyan Wang was in my last visit. I stopped by because I’m almost done with my L’Eau Bleue and wanted to try Miutine, but there wasn’t a tester available. I spotted a bag I liked and she was very helpful in writing down the model number. Sometimes I’m wary of going into some luxury stores, as the associates are not really friendly/snobbish. But thanks to sweet Haiyan I’ll go to the store more confidently.

  I recently shopped at Miu Miu, and the experience was quite positive. The staff were okay, but I especially appreciated the store's general manager, Wenwen, for personally checking on my shopping experience and ensuring everything went smoothly. The packaging was luxurious, with a beautiful pink color and very clean presentation. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience, and I appreciate the attention to detail and customer service.
