    Worst customer service I’ve experienced. I was treated in a racially discriminatory and condescending manner by the store lead & Sales Person. I chose not to create a scene because I was there to buy a gift and didn’t want the negativity to ruin my day—but silence in the moment doesn’t mean acceptance. What makes it even more ironic is that the people behaving this way don’t own the brand; they’re just employees representing it very poorly. Regardless of background, no one has the right to look down on a customer or make them feel unwelcome. This kind of attitude damages the brand far more than any complaint ever could. Management seriously needs to address professionalism, bias, and basic respect. Customers deserve better.

    I had the worst experience at this location, and I am extremely upset with how this situation has been handled. On December 21, I purchased a pair of boots. The store did not have the correct size, but I agreed to buy a smaller size because I wanted to have the boots as a Christmas gift for my wife. During this process, my credit card was charged twice — once for the order and once for the purchase. The sales staff told me not to worry and assured me that one of the charges would be refunded within a few hours after they spoke with head office. That never happened. Since December 21, I have not received my refund. When I followed up, I was told that I was never charged twice and that I should contact my bank. After waiting on hold for a long time, my bank confirmed very clearly that my card was charged twice. Yesterday, the store manager, told me that they investigated the issue with head office and claimed again that the money was never charged. This directly contradicts what my bank has confirmed. My bank’s records clearly show two charges from your company. For a large company like Michael Kors to handle a situation this way in Canada is absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable. I have completely lost trust. I do not feel safe giving my credit card to your store again, knowing that it can be charged multiple times with no responsibility taken. The in-store staff have shown no urgency or care in resolving this issue. I am now formally requesting that this matter be escalated to senior management and that the CEO’s office be made aware of what is happening. I want my money refunded immediately. This situation has caused me stress, frustration, and a complete loss of confidence in your brand. I will never recommend this company or this location to anyone unless this issue is resolved properly. I expect a prompt response and a full refund without any further excuses.
