  Verrrry disappointed in Marc Jacobs. I ordered two suede purses online and they bought arrived defective, completely scratched logos. Still waiting to hear back from the customer service team. They are extremely slow. Also called them and was told that they couldn’t help me cause it was an online order. I will never shop from Marc Jacobs again. They dont care about the brand image and clearly have no shame trying to sell faulty products to their clients.

  I’ve shopped at this location many times and always feel welcomed whether I am browsing or making a purchase. They have a great selection. The store is clean, and the layout is nice. The associates, Nikki and Alison, along with the manager, Andrea, have been most helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive.

  Huge shoutout to the team at this store! I just wanted to share my experience shopping here. The supervisor, Ashley Tran, and the sales associate, Simon Nguyen, were both very helpful and kind. They guided me and helped me find exactly what I wanted. And to think I came in just 30 minutes before closing, they still gave me the best customer service with a smile on their faces. Because of them, I now have a favorite Marc Jacobs store to visit.

  The salesperson had one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I walked in, she looked annoyed to even see me, barely spoke, and acted like answering a simple question was a huge inconvenience. Her expression the entire time made it very clear she didn’t want to be there (or help anyone). Shopping shouldn’t feel like you’re bothering someone just by existing in the store. I left without buying anything simply because the energy was so unpleasant. If management cares about customer experience, they should seriously train their staff or replace them with someone who actually wants to work with people.
