We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

- OWOliviaa WooFeb 27, 20261.0I came to shop a few days ago and had by far the worst experience at a Lululemon store. I came in and was aggressively approached by an older woman, I think her name was Vanessa. I was told she was the store manager there. She continuously followed me throughout the store while I was TRYING to shop. I told her numerous times, that If i needed help I would ask. She OBVIOUSLY was not listening and made my shopping experience a negative one. The screaming across the store is also unnecessary. Most likely will not be going to this location anymore if this outdated way of selling remains at the store.
- CLCici LiFeb 20, 20265.0This is the best Lulu store in GTA! Educators are super super nice and helpful! Jojo and Alexa dealt with a hemming issue with caring attitudes and high patience! The hemming quality was bad, the length is uneven for the left and right side and the pants were sold out online, so we can’t place a new order. They didn’t just refund me and let me walk away with frustration. They could have just blamed the third party and do nothing, let the customers be disappointed like what I experienced in another Lulu store, but they didn’t do that to the innocent poor customer like me. Instead, they called the care centre to find a better solution for me! I was really happy that I had them to handle the issue. Would definitely come back again and show more from Lulu.

The gift was from Canada, and told that even though everything was an exact match, they could not do an exchange. They blamed it on a corporate policy (that the workers even found frustrating). Note to corporate - you lost a long time LuLu customer over this.
