- AZA ZMar 28, 20262.0Disappointed because usually whenever I go here the customer service has been decent, over the past year. However recently, their customer service has declined. There is no 1 vs 1 interaction, you have to look for someone to help you, & and some of the employees are rude giving you attitude for no reason. Their store also has bad stock.

Walked in looking for the leopard zip-up which is essentially sold out everywhere - and they offered to get a ladder to sell me their last one off of a mannequin that was on a high shelf. Everyone was very accommodating and polite, appreciate the effort.

I did not notice until after I wore them. I have spent 1000s at Lululemon for this to happen, this is so sad! Lululemon could at least refund me. I paid a lot for the pants and when there is no logo???? I will not be shopping at the store again! You do not care about your customers only the money!!!
